Origin: After Hoborg finished the Neverhood and bringing to life all Hoodians, Cori was created from the last bits of Klay left. Before her lifeseed was to be cast, a small accident occured which could have ended sadly. Fortunately Cori came to life.
Profile: Cori is a small childish girl who has lots of phobias and carries a little blue purse.
By being childish she’s very naive and her mind is somehow innocent. It makes her a silly girl unaware of many things. For some she seems annoying, others think she’s cute by being like that.
She is very shy. Mostly because of very low self esteem and thinking she’s some kind of a freak. It is because of her light blue colour. Although she likes spending time and playing with other Hoodians because she hates being lonely. It’s probably her biggest fear of all.
Cori would never hurt a fly. Instead she’d scream and run away from it. Due to lots of things that make her freak out, scream and cry, she become very fast when it comes to running from 'danger'.
As for her hobbies, she collects little rocks for some reason. And she loves skipping. Lately she began baking and cooking and probably it’s her biggest talent.
What is important is her little blue purse. She never leaves it and carries it everywhere. No one knows where it came from. What is known is the fact that it’s bottomless and once in a while it opens and dozens of things burst out of it, leaving a huge mess. It scares her often, but she still keeps it close. Unfortunately she sometimes pretends that nothing happens and leaves without cleaning after her purse.
Cori is a good friend. She never wants to hurt anybody, yet she lacks the ability to cheer others up. If her friend was in danger, no one knows would she have the courage to save him.
Thanks to her friends in the Neverhood she is slowly growing up and learning to not to be afraid. But some fears will never leave her.
