Origin: Despite the little Hip happy head on Skip's happy head, there's actually not much to HipSkip's creation. He was created, and has been happily hip-skipping all over the place ever since.

He does not talk oddly like this.

Profile: Really, he's just happy. Not in an oblivious way where he'd watch unjust things and just not care, but he IS kind of unknowing about what it's like to be gloomy. And no, there's not going to be a story where something dramatic happens and he'll learn to be deeper but eventually find back to his old self. He'll always smile, or look thoughtful at best if a fellow Hoodian is in low spirits. For about a second. Then he'll pat them on the back and announce that the adventure of life is a-waiting. You just can't escape his good mood.

Hip, on the other hand, seems to somewhat float in his own little universe. The little stemhead-head might reflect Skip's inner mood in a way, but since he never talks it's a bit hard to tell. Once in a while he might react to outside influences on his own, but all in all Skip's the boss.

(Fun fact: HipSkip was supposed to be a parody character to show just how WEIRD fandom things can get, sometimes.. too bad that he turned out to be awfully likable.)
