Origin: As referenced in Homen's book in the Hall of Records, "When the Blue Ynts and the White Ynts started to fight, so did Pinto Bunyan and Homen."
This fighting between Homen and his son became so bad, Homen accidentally killed him. Regretful and lonely, he decided to make seven new children whom he proclaimed he would do better with. They were all daughters, and Idina was one of them.

Profile: For many years Idina lived happily with her father Homen, the Ynts and her six sisters, until one day when Homen left to help Ottoborg search the universe for his lost sons. However, by the time Homen returned, Idina was his only child left; all six of her sisters had died of a different circumstance in Homen's absence.
Ashamed and once again regretful, Homen promised he would never let anything ever happen to his last daughter, and that's exactly what happened. He kept Idina completely overprotected and practically caged until it nearly drove her insane. One day she couldn't stand it any longer, and ran away from home. After searching the universe for many months, she eventually found home in the Neverhood.

Having grown up with the Ynts, Idina is very physically strong, and usually carries a spear for self-defense. She is a very rebellious, tough, moral, no-nonsense girl with a strong intuition who never lets anyone get in the way of doing what she wants, usually trying anyway even if she's overpowered. She also tends to make reckless decisions, often getting herself into dangerous or problematic situations. Despite her rough exterior, she is very kind, loving and protective of her friends and those she cares about. She is a bit of a free spirit who doesn't really have any goals in life, all she really aspires for is to be and happy... and do whatever she wants, whenever she wants, without anyone telling her otherwise.
