Origin: If you were to ask Kamil, he would tell you that he was created by Quater himself. The truth is that he was created by Hoborg, like any other Neverhoodian. Nothing special.

Profile: Kamil's name means perfect, and according to him that's exactly what he is. He believes that he's the eighth son of Quater, and more powerful than any of his 'brothers'. He has a "I'm always right, you're always wrong" attitude, refers to himself as a plural, and avoids other Neverhoodians because he thinks they aren't worthy of being in his presence.
That about sums up how big his ego is.
Kamil has tried many times to make his own world out of klay. But he doesn't have the skills to make anything good, and even if he did, he couldn't bring his creations to life. However, he's convinced that if he keeps trying he can make something great. The only thing that he's made that hasn't fallen apart is his crown, which he seems to believe possesses the same power as Hoborg's crown. He also added those blue and green markings himself, by taking bits of klay and smooshing them into his skin until they stuck there.
Kamil has a hard time making friends, since he tends to scare people away, or annoy them. He does care for the people that can stand to be around him, and listen to him... but he'd never let them know it.
